Castello dal Pozzo is considered perhaps the most exclusive accommodation on the shores of Lake Maggiore in Piemonte. The one time residence of the last of the Visconti d’Aragona family, the Marquis Alberto, it has recently been restored as a luxury boutique hotel.

Set in its own English inspired park and gardens, the castle and main palazzo are also the perfect setting for large formal events and smaller family occasions such as weddings and anniversaries.

The estate boasts a function room which can host 300 people and 8 smaller meeting rooms, as well as a prestigious ballroom for gala evenings. The in-house catering service proposes a modern cuisine with the excellence of traditional local dishes.

The Le Fief Restaurant is located in the luxury hotel Castello dal Pozzo on the shores of Lake Maggiore in Piemonte.

It is formed of a series of dining spaces in what used to be the rooms of this one time residence of the Visconti d’Aragona family.

During the warmer months of the year diners can also sit on the outside magnificent terrace from where the grounds of the estate can be truly appreciated.

There is both a set menu and a la carte or Grande Carte, the latter made up of local, seasonal dishes.

Le Fief Restaurant can cater for any type of special event, from romantic candlelight dinners for two to working lunches or elegant dinner parties.

It is open all the year round and welcomes non staying diners as well. Closed Tuesdays.
