We are highighting here the seasonal menus and special food and wine promotions at the Vivendo Restaurant in Rome throughout the year.

 

WINERY WITH KITCHEN DINNER - MAY 21

Restaurant Vivendo is hosting another Winery with Kitchen Dinner.

This time is in collaboration with Cantine Ferrari, featuring 1 Michelin Star guest chef Alfio Ghezzi from Locanda Margon Trento.

The 5-course dinner with paired wines by Ferrari is Euro 85 per person.

Aperitif

Fried mozzarella cheese sandwich (AG)

Maize flour and Casolet cheese sandwich (AG)

Salmone and pear tartare with salmon eggs(FD)

Gourmet salted beef cannolo filled with panzanella and summer black truffle (FD)

Gourmet potatoes parmentier with sautéed chard, raw shrimp and onions powder (FD)

Deep fried shrimp with balsamic reduction, sesame and pink pepper (FD)

Millefouille of Mediterranean cod with a cold leek and potatoes purea in a Ferrari Perlé soup

The aperitifs and the appetizer with Ferrari Perlé 2006 pairing

First course by AG

Fresh potatoes gnocchi, brook trout and potatoes cream, purple potatoes and fresh bacon powder

First course paired with Ferrari Riserva Lunelli 2004

Second Course by FD

Gourmet medallions of monkfish on a ginger flavored carrots purea, oil depth zucchini with vesuvian tomatoes and capers salt sauce

Second course paired with Ferrari Perlé Nero 2006

Dessert by FD

Gourmet honey tatin, Ferrari and milk ice cream with cooked wine drops
