The owners will also be glad to act as your personal shopper in the delightful historical centre of Perugia and take you on a local wine and Perugina chocolate tour.

PERUGIA COOKING SCHOOL

Perugia cooking classes in UmbriaThe lessons outlined below are for no more than 6 people and concentrate specifically on Umbrian cuisine and dishes. They last the best part of 7 hours and start with a visit to a local market at 9am.

You will prepare a full course meal which you will enjoy accompanied by distinctive local wines. Classes are available from the first of May until October and on Wednesdays to Saturdays.

The menus always focus on the freshest seasonal ingredients as well as local specialties such as truffles, pecorino cheese and torta al testo.

Traditional pasta dishes, local dessert treats and the finest local wines also feature.
