Daniela Paci is the owner of Happy Cooking and has been running Umbria cooking classes and courses throughout the region for a decade.

But she is also a licensed tour guide, tour manager and travel agency director and fluent in English and Spanish

Following a masters degree in Tourism Management her speciality is small group tours where quality visits to some of Umbria's most evocative locations can be arranged.

But anyone is welcome; students, incentive groups, journalist educational tours, pilgrims and solo female travellers.

Her itineraries are customized, but you wont miss such must-see sights as Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and Orvieto.

Daniela can also organize customized school trips for students of any age or grade and has long experience teaching and developing interactive and dynamic itineraries for kids.

Oil tasting and tour of an olive oil producer; The farewell colours: Etruscan necropolis of the territory; The Rural life Museum and cooking class with products of the territory; Corciano and its olive groves, the most ancient olive tree

A fully qualified tour guide, I speak fluent English and your gastronomic education with Happy Cooking will also take in the environment, history, art and local culture of Umbria in a friendly and lively way.

We give special attention to vegetarians or people with food allergies.

I am also founding member of the Association AltraUmbria for the promotion of responsible, sustainable and accessible tourism.
