Daniela Paci is the owner of Happy Cooking and has been running Umbria cooking classes and courses throughout the region for a decade.
But she is also a licensed tour guide, tour manager and travel agency director and fluent in English and Spanish
Following a masters degree in Tourism Management her speciality is small group tours where quality visits to some of Umbria's most evocative locations can be arranged.
But anyone is welcome; students, incentive groups, journalist educational tours, pilgrims and solo female travellers.
Her itineraries are customized, but you wont miss such must-see sights as Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and Orvieto.
