The 3 star EOS Hotel opened in 2008 and was designed by the winners of a competition called Viaggio nel Salento for young architects and designers from the territory.

The end product is a 30 room hotel where the charm and atmosphere of the Salento have been turned into contemporary living spaces and engaging avant-garde lines, the birth a new concept, hence the name Eos.

Starting with the guest rooms, they are divided into three typologies; Deluxe, Superior and Standard.

The colours of each are meant to reflect the spirit of Salento from the white stone of Lecce’s Baroque architecture to the brownish green of the olive groves and silver of the sea and rural architecture.
