Hotel Borgo Antico is a relaxing family resort accommodation near Palinuro in the Cilento National Park in the province of Salerno.
This is the zone of Italy which gave us the Mediterrean Diet made famous by Ancel Keys and the in-house Poggiolo del Principe Restaurant serves guests some of the most typical and authentic dishes made from from local traditions.
The name 'borgo antico' is a reference to the medieval village of San Severino di Centola which overlooks the complex from the mountain above.

ROOMS AND RATES
Guests stay in 16 apartment rooms which have from four to six beds and private bathrooms
Rates are quoted from the beginning of April to end of October and range from €35 to €65 per person per day with breakfast.
An additional €15 p.p. and you can enjoy half board.
Hotel Borgo Antico boasts a wonderfully set 500 meter sq. swimming-pool with hydromassage, solarium and poolside bar, as well as a smaller pool for children.

The long River Mingardo crosses the valley just a short distance from Hotel Borgo Antico and makes a nice excursion on foot or by mountain bike.
