Masseria Torre Coccaro offers two locations for your wedding along the Puglia Coast.

The first is in the grounds of the Masseria itself and the second right on the private Coccaro beach.

The wedding in the grounds can be one of two types. A gala dinner or rustic celebration.

The latter is typically in the fashion of a 'sagra di paese' which includes a typical Apulian country feast with hay bales, flames and torches in the main square of the masseria with a person making pasta and mozzarella, a firewood oven for pizza and calzone, an olive and 'lupini' corner, a salami and cheese corner, a raw seafood corner, a 'Taranta' group for dancing.

All in all 170 people can be entertained.

The Gala Dinner features an an aperitif around the candle lit pool under a pergola.

The antique orchard is set with lounge chairs for a buffet of appetizers then onto the old olive mill room which is lit with more than 400 candles for dinner. Again 170 people can be catered for.

The Puglia cooking lessons of the Masseria Torre Coccaro and adjacent Masseria Torre Maizza are held in the dedicated school of the Coccaro.

To be precise in the converted old stables where you will learn how to prepare typical local Apulia dishes such as home made pasta, fish, meat and traditional desserts or dolci.

All the ingredients are sourced directly from within the gardens of the estate, from local farms nearby or, as is the case with fish, the old port of Monopoli.

Special attention is made to the seasonality of the produce.

The setting is truly perfect, not least the old firewood oven which dates from 1500 and is perfect for baking pizza and panzerotti.

Following your lesson, the dishes can be enjoyed under a beautiful pergola covered by an ancient vine and which overlookings the surrounding countryside.

Children are also welcome to get involved and can learn how to make mozzarella and burrata.

The COCCARO GOLF CLUB of the Masseria Torre Coccaro in Savelletri di Fasano, is a long tee shot from the unspoilt coast of this fabulous part of Puglia.

It is immersed in olive and almond trees and is not your usual links course. There are many up and downs and split level greens, all perfectly manicured.

The course is a par 27 and facilities include a driving range, putting green and pitching green.
